چکیده

Folic acid, which provides the transfer of single carbon atoms in synthesis reactions and metabolic cycles metabolism, is very important for metabolism. acid also plays an role nucleotide methylation reactions. There are many disorders caused by defective folic metabolism lack acid. Today, innovative, cost-effective methods needed to develop determination methods. The main objective this study development surface-printed electrodes (SPCE) modified with imprinted nanostructures (FA-Imp-poly(MPTS-rGO-co-NAT), will be used first time commercially human blood serum. For purpose, has been carried out characterized FTIR, SEM-EDS, AFM. Then, a new chemically nanosensor was fabricated using nanostructures. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) circular (CV) were as electrochemical FA-imprinted-nanosensor studies. Measurements differential performed at application speed 0.005 volts per second potential range ?0.4 0.6 volts. As result voltammetric method, idea about surface obtained voltammograms obtained. detection limit (LOD) developed 7.54 ng/mL (LOQ) 25.14 ng/mL. FA analytical (10 20 ng/mL) added commercial synthetic serum samples standard adding method RSD values 0.092% 0.734% found DPV technique measurements respectively. This manuscript demonstrated novel, simple, selective, rapid FAimprinted- determining biological samples.

Highly Selective Fluorescent Sensing of Proteins Based on a Fluorescent Molecularly Imprinted Nanosensor

A fluorescent molecularly imprinted nanosensor was obtained by grafting imprinted polymer onto the surface of multi-wall carbon nanotubes and post-imprinting treatment with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). The fluorescence of lysozyme-imprinted polymer (Lys-MIP) was quenched more strongly by Lys than that of nonimprinted polymer (NIP), which indicated that the Lys-MIP could recognize Lys. The...

Selective Electrochemical Nanosensor based on Modified Carbon Paste Electrode for Determination of NADH in the presence of Uric Acid

The electrochemical properties of a modified carbon paste electrode with the synthesized compound of 2,2'-[1,7–heptanediylbis(nitrilomethylidene)]-bis(4-hydroxyphenol) (DHBH) and graphite nanoparticle (GN) were studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV), chronoamperometry and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) methods. The proposed electrode shows excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxida...

A Nanosensor for TNT Detection Based on Molecularly Imprinted Polymers and Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering

We report on a new sensor strategy that integrates molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) with surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS). The sensor was developed to detect the explosive, 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene (TNT). Micron thick films of sol gel-derived xerogels were deposited on a SERS-active surface as the sensing layer. Xerogels were molecularly imprinted for TNT using non-covalent interactio...

An Electrochemical Sensor Based on Novel Ion Imprinted Polymeric Nanoparticles for Selective Detection of Lead Ions

In this study, the novel surface ion-imprinted polymer (IIP) particles were prepared and applied as a electrode modifier in stripping voltammetric detection of lead(II) ion. A carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with IIP nanoparticles and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) was used for accumulation of toxic lead ions. Various factors that govern on electrochemical signals including carbon...
